Job Responsibilities

Product Development Requirements: Gather application requirements and pain points from customers in the electron microscope industry, and compile a product development plan.
Prototype Testing: Collaborate with the R&D department to test the performance of principle prototypes, comparing them with development requirements to verify the implementation of the plan.
Product Improvement: Work with the engineering department, provide feedback from prototype testing, and offer improvement suggestions to optimize product performance and enhance competitiveness.
Market Promotion: Organize product application cases and relay them to the marketing and sales departments to support product promotion and sales.

Position Requirements:

Educational Background: Master’s degree or higher.
Field of Study: Material Science, Optics, Physics, or a related field.
Experience: Preference given to candidates with experience in product development in the scientific instrument industry.
