Yidon Technologies Warmly Congratulates the Successful Holding of the 2026 East China Annual Conference on Electron Microscopy

From April 17 to 19, the 2026 East China Academic Exchange Conference on Electron Microscopy came to a successful conclusion in Zibo, Shandong Province. Co-organized by the Electron Microscopy Societies of six East China regions including Fujian, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Anhui, Jiangsu and Shandong, this conference brought together domestic experts, scholars and industry elites in the field of electron microscopy. Centering on cutting-edge research directions such as materials science and life science, participants conducted in-depth discussions to facilitate academic exchanges and technological innovation.

Since its founding, Yidon Technologies has focused on the R&D and manufacturing of domestic field emission scanning electron microscopes. The company currently offers two self-developed field emission SEM models: the YF-1801 with a resolution of 1.0nm@15kV and 1.5nm@1kV, and the YF-2800 with a resolution of 0.7nm@15kV and 1.1nm@1kV. It also launches the ABSEM200, an industry pioneering argon ion beam scanning electron microscope, featuring a resolution of 1.0nm@15kV and 1.5nm@1kV.

At this conference, Yidon Technologies presented a special report at the materials sub-forum, titled Application of Argon Ion Beam Scanning Electron Microscope in 3D-EBSD. The ABSEM200 integrates large-area in-situ polishing without sample transfer and high-resolution imaging functions. It delivers superior 2D analytical performance and unique large-volume 3D reconstruction capability, providing a brand-new solution for the research of material three-dimensional microstructures.

In the future, Yidon Technologies will continue to delve into electron microscopy technologies, driving the upgrading of domestic electron microscopes toward higher resolution, diversified functions and intelligentization.

This conference has established a high-end academic exchange platform for the electron microscopy community in East China, and promoted the in-depth integration of industry, academia, research and application. Taking this event as an opportunity, Yidon Technologies will further strengthen cooperation and communication with industry partners, jointly explore new boundaries of electron microscopy technology, and build a new future for scientific research.
