For nearly half a century, through the efforts of generations of electron microscope professionals, the reliance of domestic electron microscope research, development, and manufacturing on foreign advanced technology has been reversed. This marks the first appearance of Yidon Technologies (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. at the National Electron Microscopy Academic Conference. Founded in April 2022, the team consists of industry experts and researchers from the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Since its inception, the company has been committed to the development of electron microscopes and related technical equipment. On October 25, 2023, it released its first field emission scanning electron microscope YF-1801 and four auxiliary devices for electron microscopes.
