YidonTechnologies Congratulates on the Successful Holding of 2025 Shanxi Electron Microscopy Academic and Technical Exchange Conference

From June 13th to 15th, 2025, the "2025 Shanxi Electron Microscopy Academic and Technical Exchange Conference", hosted by the Electron Microscopy Professional Committee of Shanxi Instrument and Control Society and undertaken by the Analysis, Testing & Instrument Sharing Center of Taiyuan University of Technology, successfully concluded at Wyndham Hotel in Taiyuan. Focusing on cutting-edge technologies and application expansion in electron microscopy, this grand event aimed to build a high-level academic exchange platform for universities, research institutions, and enterprises in Shanxi, promoting technical discussions on electron microscopy both within and outside the province. It attracted numerous representatives from universities, research institutes, and enterprises across the region.

Jia Chen, Project Manager of the company, delivered a report titled "Latest Advances in Electron Microscopy Technology by Yidon Technologies", comprehensively introducing the company's latest achievements in electron microscopy. Notably, she shared the latest application cases of the Argon Ion Beam Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (ABSEM200) in life sciences, lithium batteries, semiconductors, and other industries.
Yidon Technologies' field emission scanning electron microscopes YF-1801 and YF-2800 feature outstanding low-voltage high-resolution imaging capabilities (resolutions reaching 1.0nm@15kV, 1.5nm@1kV and 0.8nm@15kV, 1.2nm@1kV respectively). They enable direct observation of microstructures of non-conductive samples while minimizing radiation damage. The ABSEM200 innovatively integrates a broad-beam argon ion gun into the SEM chamber, achieving seamless integration of in-situ ion beam polishing and high-resolution electron beam imaging analysis, thus efficiently processing large-sized and complex samples.
